Watch Waxahatchee play “Right Back To It” with MJ Lenderman on ‘Colbert’

Katie Crutchfield released her fantastic new Waxahatchee album, Tiger’s Blood, last week, and she and the band are in NYC this week for a little promo work; they stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday to perform “Right Back To It.” MJ Lenderman, who plays and sings on the song, was there as well, and his and Katie’s harmonies sounded very sweet indeed.

Waxahatchee’s tour starts April 18 in Kansas City and hits NYC at the soon-to-open Brooklyn Paramount on April 27 (with Good Morning). She’ll be back this summer for shows at Beacon Theatre on August 28 (opener TBA) and Asbury Park, NJ’s Stone Pony Summer Stage on September 1 (with Snail Mail and Tim Heidecker). Before those, she does a signing at Rough Trade tonight (3/27). All dates are listed below.
